Form & Function Rehab

This project was prioritized with two core goals in mind. Most obviously, one main priority of the project was to simply facelift the entire home’s interior to upgrade functionality while creating a much more clean and up-to-date look and feel.

The second core goal, given this was an early-mid 70’s build when smaller rooms and more sectioned off spaces were a theme of the times, was to completely open up the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas.

This second priority of the project completely changed the character of the main living space as we took down walls, expanded the footprint of the kitchen, and created a much more open, freeing and contemporary floor plan design.
